Operating responsibly across five pillars.
ERAM's sustainability commitments are organised around five pillars — Planet, People, Partners, Ethics & compliance, and Community — measured against EU regulatory frameworks, ISO standards, and the realities of operating a technical distribution business in the Western Balkans. The fifth pillar, Community, is delivered through and together with the Kelmendi Foundation.
Planet
Refrigerant stewardship, decarbonisation, R32 transition, the energy and emissions footprint of our operations and the products we distribute.
Read about Planet →People
Workforce, occupational health and safety, training, apprentice and graduate programmes, diversity and inclusion, community engagement.
Read about People →Partners
Supplier code of conduct, customer commitments, channel partner standards, supply-chain transparency, responsible sourcing.
Read about Partners →Ethics & compliance
Anti-corruption framework, data protection, whistleblowing, regulatory compliance, financial integrity, governance.
Read about Ethics & compliance →Community & social impact
Corporate social responsibility and community investment, delivered through and together with the Kelmendi Foundation — a permanent, independently governed philanthropic and endowment institution. ERAM contributes funding, in-kind supply, technical expertise and employment pathways; the Foundation sets strategy, appraises programmes and reports on results.

Corporate social responsibility, with the Kelmendi Foundation
ERAM does not run parallel charitable activity. Its community and social investment is channelled into the Kelmendi Foundation — the permanent philanthropic and endowment institution of the Kelmendi family and Kelmendi Holdings Ltd. — so that giving across the group is coordinated, professionally governed and durable, rather than discretionary and dispersed.
Capital, product, expertise and people
Corporate and dividend contributions; in-kind supply of technical equipment and materials; specification and engineering support and training capacity for vocational programmes; and employee volunteering, mentoring and placement pathways for programme graduates.
Strategy, appraisal, disbursement, reporting
The Foundation sets programme strategy, appraises and selects initiatives, disburses and monitors funds, and reports against defined objectives, indicators, baselines and targets. It is a separate legal person with its own trustees, committees and audited accounts; dealings with group companies are at arm's length.
ERAM's four priority pillars
The Foundation works across eleven permanent strategic pillars. ERAM concentrates its own contribution where a technical distribution business can add more than money.
Education & vocational skills
Scholarships, vocational and technical training, STEM and digital literacy, teacher development.
Youth employment & entrepreneurship
Mentorship, innovation and careers programmes, and apprenticeship and placement routes.
Sustainability, environment & climate
Energy efficiency, climate resilience, reforestation, water and the circular economy.
Community & institutional development
Public spaces, community and cultural facilities, and local economic development.
Safeguards
Safeguarding, non-discrimination, anti-fraud and anti-bribery, conflict-of-interest management, donor due diligence and institutional independence apply across every pillar — separating what is funded from how it is governed. Beneficiary data is handled in line with the Kosovo Law on Personal Data Protection (Law No. 06/L-082).
Community & CSR
Our approach, the four contribution channels, governance safeguards and reporting.
