ERAM Group is a Kosovo-based technical distributor operating across HVAC-R, electrical and lighting, plumbing, energy, safety, industrial, and adjacent sectors. Our customers are the contractors, EPCs, hospitality and healthcare procurement teams, and government agencies whose projects depend on the right equipment arriving on the right day with the right paperwork.
Our story
ERAM Group was founded in Pristina as a focused supplier to a small handful of mechanical contractors. The brief from day one was simple: the technical equipment that engineers specify is too important to be sold like a commodity. Customers needed authorised brand relationships, real stock in the country, technical resources in the buyer's hands, and after-sales coverage that ranged from a same-day spare part to structured, manufacturer-backed warranty service.
Two decades on, ERAM is the exclusive distributor of Hisense HVAC in Kosovo, the official distributor of Toshiba, the authorised partner for Systemair, Honeywell, Siemens, Milwaukee, Delta Plus, Soprema, Watts, Carel, Fluke, and many others. The group operates across twenty sectors with more than 12,800 active SKUs, six locations in Kosovo, and an integrated ERP that connects procurement, distribution, and after-sales into a single operating picture.

Board and governance
The Board comprises the founder-CEO, non-executive directors, and an independent chair. The Audit and Risk Committee meets quarterly. The Group operates an anti-corruption framework aligned with ISO 37001 principles, an independent whistleblowing channel, and an annual independent financial audit by a recognised audit firm.
