Accessibility statement

ERAM Group is committed to making www.eram-group.net accessible to all users including people with disabilities, in line with the EU Web Accessibility Directive (Directive EU 2016/2102) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Conformance target

The target conformance level for this website is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We measure conformance through a combination of automated testing, manual review, and user testing including with assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, high-contrast modes, browser zoom up to 200 percent).

Current status

At the date of last review, the website is broadly conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with the following known exceptions which are being remediated:

  • Some product photography placeholders do not yet carry final alt text; final alt text will be authored when production photography is commissioned.
  • The interactive map placeholder on the Locations page does not yet have a complete text alternative; a full address list is provided immediately below the map as an interim measure.
  • Embedded third-party content (videos, social media embeds, future map integrations) will be reviewed for accessibility as it is added.

Features supported

  • Semantic HTML structure with appropriate landmarks (header, main, footer, nav).
  • Skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
  • Keyboard navigation across all interactive elements.
  • Focus indicators on all interactive elements.
  • Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text against background, meeting WCAG 2.1 SC 1.4.3.
  • Text resizable to at least 200 percent without loss of content or functionality.
  • Responsive design adapting to small screens and zoom.
  • Form fields labelled appropriately for assistive technology.

Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the relevant Kosovo supervisory authority for accessibility complaints, as designated under the national transposition of EU Directive 2016/2102 (where applicable to private-sector websites).
