Our commitment
ERAM is committed to building a supply base that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve in Kosovo and the Western Balkans. We believe fair access to opportunity — for small and local suppliers, women-led businesses, and under-represented groups — strengthens our resilience, our innovation, and the regional economy.
What this means in practice
- Fair access. We evaluate suppliers on merit — quality, reliability, value and integrity — and work to remove unnecessary barriers for smaller and local businesses.
- Local sourcing. Where it makes commercial and quality sense, we favour local and regional suppliers, supporting jobs and capability in Kosovo.
- Transparent process. Our procurement process is clear and our expectations are published, so any qualified supplier knows how to engage.
