ERAM operates ISO 45001:2018 certified occupational health and safety management across all sites. Field service work is risk-assessed under the standard; PPE is provided to field staff under our own portfolio (the same Delta Plus and Honeywell ranges we distribute to customers); incident reporting is via independent channel.

Technical certifications are paid for and tracked: F-Gas handler certification, ISO 9001 internal audit, BIM proficiency, supplier-specific factory training (Hisense, Toshiba, Systemair, Honeywell, Siemens). Annual training budget per technical employee is committed in writing in the employment contract.

ERAM also runs an installer training programme for the wider Kosovo HVAC market, four sessions per year, covering R32 handling, F-Gas regulation, commissioning, and service diagnostics. Graduates of the programme are listed in ERAM's authorised installer network.

The technical distribution sector in the Western Balkans is structurally male-dominated, particularly in field service and warehousing roles. ERAM commits to publishing annual workforce composition data from 2026 forward and to publishing a meaningful action plan, not a generic statement, when the data shows a gap.

Recruitment is conducted under a non-discrimination policy aligned with Kosovo Law 05/L-021 on Protection from Discrimination and the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.

ERAM engages with the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce on technical training pathways, with the University of Pristina mechanical engineering faculty on internship placements, and with municipal-level initiatives on installer and apprentice skills programmes. Sponsorship is allocated through a published framework with annual disclosure.
