Supplier code of conduct

ERAM's supplier code requires manufacturers and component suppliers to align with the principles of the UN Global Compact, the ILO core labour standards, and the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation (EU 2017/821) where applicable. The code covers labour rights, occupational health and safety, environmental management, anti-corruption, and data protection.

The code is incorporated by reference in commercial agreements with manufacturers from 2026 forward. Existing distribution agreements are being aligned as they reach renewal.

Customer commitments

To the contractor, EPC, hospitality, healthcare, and government customers we serve, ERAM commits to:

  • Authorised product only. We do not stock or sell grey-market product, refurbished product sold as new, or product without a current manufacturer warranty.
  • Transparent contract pricing. B2B accounts see the same contract price in the catalogue, in the order confirmation, and on the invoice.
  • Documented after-sales coverage. Warranty terms, service-level commitments, and spare-parts availability are documented per brand and provided in writing.
  • Compliance documentation on request. CE declarations of conformity, REACH and RoHS statements, energy labels, F-Gas documentation, certificates of origin, and HS codes are provided on request without charge.

Channel partner standards

Resellers operating under ERAM's channel programme are required to maintain authorised-installer certification on the relevant brands (Hisense, Toshiba, Systemair) and to comply with the F-Gas handler requirements where they handle refrigerant. Channel partners failing these requirements have their tier-pricing access withdrawn.

Supply-chain transparency

ERAM's supply chain is dominated by authorised relationships with named manufacturers. Manufacturer identity is disclosed on every product page and every invoice. Country-of-origin information is disclosed on request and is included in tender response packs for public-sector procurement.
