Warranty service & support
HVAC-R after-sales is handled by ERAM as warranty service. As the exclusive distributor of Hisense, the official distributor of Toshiba, and an authorised partner for the other HVAC-R brands, ERAM manages warranty claims, provides in-country spare-parts support, and coordinates manufacturer-backed repairs from its service centre. ERAM provides service for warranty purposes; it does not carry out on-site installation or routine maintenance — those are arranged by the customer's qualified installer.
Both networks operate under F-Gas (EU 517/2014) certification and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management.
