Authorisation
ERAM Group is the official distributor of Toshiba air conditioning in the Republic of Kosovo. The appointment covers the residential, light-commercial and VRF range, including pricing, technical support and warranty administration. ERAM provides warranty service and in-country spare parts directly; on-site installation and routine maintenance are arranged by the customer's own qualified installer. The appointment covers air conditioning and climate products only.
Product range
ERAM supplies the Toshiba range across the following categories:
Split & multi-split
Wall-mounted, cassette and ducted split and multi-split systems for homes, offices and small commercial spaces.
VRF (SMMS-u) & heat pumps
Multi-pipe variable refrigerant flow systems and air-to-water heat pumps for commercial buildings, hotels and mixed-use developments.
Service and warranty
As the official Toshiba distributor in Kosovo, ERAM provides warranty service and in-country spare-parts support for Toshiba air conditioning, backed by manufacturer-trained staff. Products carry the manufacturer warranty when installed and commissioned to Toshiba requirements by a qualified professional. ERAM provides service for warranty purposes; it does not carry out on-site installation or routine maintenance.
Training and certification
ERAM provides technical guidance and, where the manufacturer offers it, access to Toshiba product training and certification for installers and specifiers. Where applicable, certified installation supports warranty validity.
