ERAM Group is the exclusive distributor of Hisense HVAC in the Republic of Kosovo. The appointment covers the HVAC and climate range — split and multi-split air conditioning, VRF, heat pumps and associated controls — and includes pricing, technical support, after-sales access and warranty administration. It does not extend to any other Hisense product category.
Product range
R32 split air conditioning
Hi-Therma single-split and multi-split, wall-mounted, cassette, ducted indoor types. Capacities 2.5 to 9.0 kW.
VRF and heat pumps
Hi-Therma air-to-water heat pumps, R32 VRF for offices, hotels and retail. Capacities to 56 kW per outdoor unit.
Service and warranty
Hisense HVAC products carry a five-year manufacturer warranty when installed by an ERAM-authorised installer. ERAM operates a service network in Pristina, Mitrovica, Peja, and Gjilan with factory-trained technicians, in-country spare parts stock, and contracted response times for maintenance customers.
Training and certification
ERAM runs a Hisense installer training programme four times a year covering R32 refrigerant handling, F-Gas regulation (EU 517/2014) compliance, commissioning procedures, and service diagnostics. Installers who complete the programme are listed in ERAM's authorised installer network.
