ERAM is a distributor, not a contractor. What the trade buys from us is product — but around every order sits a technical partnership designed to make that product easy to specify, quick to obtain and dependable once it is in the ground. This is how ERAM works with the installers and specifiers who build and maintain the systems we supply.
Specification support
Getting the specification right is the cheapest engineering a project ever does. ERAM's technical team works with consulting engineers, contractors and installers at design stage — helping select the right range for the duty, checking compatibility across indoor units, outdoor units, controls and accessories, and flagging where a proposed solution will meet a regulatory or site constraint. As the exclusive distributor of Hisense and Systemair and the official Toshiba distributor in Kosovo, we back that advice with the manufacturers' own engineering data.
That early involvement pays off downstream. A specification confirmed against real product availability and compatible accessories is one that installs cleanly, without the last-minute substitutions that compromise performance, delay commissioning or quietly invalidate a warranty. Specifiers who bring us in before the design is frozen tend to spend far less time resolving problems on site.
Bill-of-quantities pricing
Contractors price against a bill of quantities, and they need that pricing to be complete, current and traceable. ERAM prepares itemised quotations against project BOQs so nothing is missing from the mechanical or electrical scope — equipment, controls, accessories and the consumables a correct installation actually needs. Clear pricing at tender stage avoids the variations and disputes that surface when a line item was overlooked. Ready to price a project? Request a quotation.
Stock and availability
A specification is only useful if the product arrives when the programme needs it. ERAM holds stock across its core ranges and manages availability so installers are not left waiting on a critical path. For larger schemes, project supply and phased delivery can be coordinated to the construction programme, with logistics run from our own facilities.
- Core ranges held in stock for fast fulfilment.
- Project supply and call-off delivery for staged sites.
- Trade ordering through ERAM Pro accounts and the online shop.
Warranty administration and genuine spare parts
Authorised supply matters most after the sale. Because ERAM is an authorised distributor, the equipment it sells carries a valid manufacturer warranty, and warranty claims are administered through the proper channel rather than left to chance. Genuine spare parts keep systems serviceable over their design life and protect that warranty — a non-genuine part fitted to save time can void cover on the whole unit. Keeping this administration with an authorised distributor means the installer and the end client have a single, accountable route back to the manufacturer if something needs to be put right.
Technical support on the ground — and a clear division of roles
ERAM provides technical support to the trade before, during and after supply: product guidance, selection checks, documentation and help resolving technical questions. One point is worth stating plainly, because it defines the partnership. ERAM supplies and supports; it does not carry out installation or on-site maintenance. Installation, commissioning and servicing are performed by the customer's own qualified installer, who holds the site relationship and the legal responsibility for the work. Our job is to make sure that installer has the right equipment, the right information and the right backing to do theirs well.
