ERAM Group Ltd. (ERAM Group SH.P.K.) is a company registered in the Republic of Kosovo, based in Lipjan. It is part of the Kelmendi Group, which gives the distribution business the backing and continuity of an established parent while ERAM runs its own operations across distribution, e-commerce, project supply and service.
That structure is reflected in the company's public identifiers — a Kosovo business registration number, a VAT number and a registered address in Lipjan — the ordinary marks of a properly constituted company that customers and suppliers can verify before they commit.
A compliance framework
ERAM operates within a defined compliance framework rather than ad-hoc practice. It spans several domains:
- Ethics and conduct — anti-corruption, whistleblowing and supplier-conduct expectations that set how the business and its partners are expected to act.

Together they give customers a consistent, auditable standard of operation. Certification also means periodic external audit, so the standard is checked by an independent party rather than merely asserted by the business itself.
Leadership and responsibility
Governance ultimately rests on clear responsibilities. ERAM assigns defined leadership accountability across its operations and compliance obligations, so that decisions have owners and standards have custodians. Responsibilities are documented, so that obligations do not depend on memory or informal habit and a new hire inherits a defined role rather than an undefined one.
