Fenestration, Façade & Glass Systems

Windows, doors, curtain walls and façades, architectural and insulating glass, and the hardware, automation, sealing and installation systems that complete the building envelope — for fabricators, façade contractors and glaziers.

Overview

Sector 18 is the building-envelope opening and glazing scope: aluminium and PVC window and door systems, curtain wall and façade systems, minimalist architectural glazing, window and door hardware, fenestration automation, architectural and insulating glass, insulating-glass components and glazing consumables, perimeter sealing and installation systems, architectural glass fittings and all-glass systems, and glazed enclosures and outdoor-living systems. It is the largest sector in the catalogue and serves the commercial and residential markets.

The sector is supplied on a three-class model: hardware, insulating-glass components, sealing systems and fittings are stocked and priced; profile systems are configured to a system series; and architectural glass and enclosures are made to order against a signed specification. Larger systems and glass are quotation-led rather than off-the-shelf.

Service & support

ERAM provides authorised supply, technical and specification support, and warranty service for the products it distributes. On-site installation is carried out by your own qualified fabricator or installer, whom we back with genuine product, documentation and technical support. Authorised system-house partnerships for this sector are being established; brand availability will be confirmed as agreements are executed.

Catalogue listing and availability

Classification does not constitute a stocking or distribution commitment. A category appearing in the catalogue means ERAM classifies and can quote it — not that every item is held on the shelf. Three things can be true of a listed item:

  • In stockHeld and shipped from stockFast-moving lines carried at one or more of our six locations, available for collection or scheduled delivery.
  • To orderCatalogue line, ordered inListed and priced, but not always on the shelf. Ordered against your requirement, with a lead time confirmed before you commit.
  • Made to specificationConfigured or manufactured to your dataMany B2B materials are cut, sized, coated or configured to the job. These are quoted against a specification or a bill of quantities, and made after the order.

We will tell you which of the three applies before you order, rather than quote a lead time we cannot meet. Send a specification or a bill of quantities and we will confirm availability line by line. See how we classify availability, request a quotation or project supply.

Common questions

Fenestration, Façade & Glass Systems — frequently asked

Answers to what buyers most often ask before ordering from this sector.

Does ERAM Group supply fenestration, façade and glass products in Kosovo?

Yes. Fenestration, Façade & Glass Systems is Sector 18 of the ERAM Master Taxonomy, and ERAM supplies it to contractors, installers, specifiers and trade counters across the Republic of Kosovo, with delivery from six locations.

Availability differs by item: some lines are held in stock, some are catalogue lines ordered against your requirement, and some are cut, sized or configured to the job. Which of the three applies is confirmed before you order rather than after.

Is everything listed under Fenestration, Façade & Glass Systems held in stock?

No, and the site does not imply otherwise. Classification does not constitute a stocking or distribution commitment — a category appearing in the catalogue means ERAM classifies and can quote it, not that every item is on the shelf.

Many B2B materials in this sector are made to specification because the dimensions, rating or finish depend on the job. Send a specification or a bill of quantities and availability is confirmed line by line.

What documentation is issued with a fenestration, façade and glass order?

A VAT invoice and delivery note issued against ERAM Group Ltd., warranty documentation stating who administers the warranty and for how long, declarations of conformity and — where the construction products regime applies — declarations of performance, and technical datasheets for the product actually supplied.

For controlled products, certification is verified before release.

Does ERAM install fenestration, façade and glass equipment?

No. ERAM is a distributor, not a contractor. Installation and routine maintenance are arranged by the customer’s own qualified installer.

ERAM provides warranty service, in-country spare-parts support and technical assistance with specification and sizing for the brands it distributes.

How do I get a price for fenestration, façade and glass products?

Trade pricing is applied automatically once you hold an ERAM Pro account, on every channel — online, at the counter and through your account manager. Without an account, prices are quoted on enquiry.

For project work, send a bill of quantities and ERAM will price it line by line and confirm lead times against each. See request a quotation or open a trade account.

Specifying a façade or fenestration package?

Send your requirement or a bill of quantities and the sector team will respond with availability, options and lead times.
